Respect for tradition
We follow the same principles as a ramen shop in Japan however we are not looking to replicate their flavour, but create our own.
We made our noodles in house in the style of traditional chukamen, using only flour and alkaline water.

The Ramen Shop started as a pop up restaurant in 2013.
The Idea for the shop mainly came about due to us wanted to eat ramen and there being nowhere that made ramen that didn't come out of a box or packet.
Some amazing venues allowed us to takeover their businesses one night at a time and our following grew from there.
These businesses are the reason we are here today and we will always be thankful for that.

In 2014 we opened a real shop at our current location.
We are always working hard to provide the best ramen we can, we want our food to be accessible, fun and yum.
We make everything we can from scratch because we want to know whats in the food we are giving you.
Affordability is important to us and we will always look to provide high quality food and drink at a reasonable price without sacrificing quality.

Asher & Tsubasa
Tsubasa and Asher are the creators of The Ramen Shop.
These two chefs have well over 20 years of experience working in restaurants around the world.
Their desire to eat ramen is the main reason The Ramen Shop exists today, any new menu items still get he simple test from these guys ... Do we want to eat it?
